...then this job is just the thing for you! As a process operator, together with your immediate colleague you will prepare, execute and handle orders. An order is an order for filling from bulk trucks into smaller packaging, such as IBCs, drums or jerry cans. You then take care of quality control and registration.

What does the job entail?
On Friday, you will receive the production planning for the upcoming week, it is up to you and your colleague to execute that planning together. A production is filling the customer's bulk product in smaller containers, such as an IBC, drum and jerry can. It is definitely not assembly line work. You will be given a lot of independence in this role. This includes administrative and cleaning work, so you will always be working in a hygienic working environment. You will run an average of 3 to 4 productions per day and will be responsible for planning the details per production.
What does your working week look like?
Every week we make a schedule, which we have to complete, but during the day you have a fair amount of freedom to plan and carry out your work. It is not factory work: no buzzer goes off during breaks. Working hours are from 8am to 5pm and you have an hour break per day. As demand for our services is growing, we may start working with a two-shift system in the future.
Who are your future colleagues?
There are 3 teams of 2 process operators. We also have 2 forklift drivers, 2 IBC cleaners and 8 colleagues in the office. Together, we form a close-knit team. The atmosphere is relaxed, respectful and sociable. We work hard, but we also know how to relax and have fun. We take our work seriously, so we adhere to safety and quality standards.
Do you recognise yourself in these characteristics?
- You speak and write good Dutch (required)
- You are proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- You have a VAPRO education and/or experience in food or pharma
- You follow (food) safety and quality standards, such as HACCP, GMP and FSSC
- You have 1-2 years of work experience, but this does not have to be in a similar role
- You comply with the organisation's core values, such as innovation, trust and cooperation
