Tank cleaning sustainability
We make tank cleaning sustainable by using a FOOD-grade drier – blowing either cold air or hot air heated to a maximum of 75°C – and a zero-steam system for the efficient heating of water. And we save energy with our EMS rotating heat exchanger, which ensures that the water heating process starts at 45°C instead of the usual ground water temperature of 15°C. This innovative and sustainable process saves energy and reduces CO2 emissions. Our cleaning station also has a unique water purification system. This system removes pollutants from waste water, thereby returning it to drinking water state. Pollutants are also sustainably processed.
Safety first
Autonomous fall protection system
We are the proud owners of an autonomous fall protection system that has been custom made for visiting drivers. On arrival at our tank cleaning station, drivers have the option of safely opening the hatches of their tankers and silos before cleaning. This makes a visit to one of our five cleaning bays even more appealing. This safety precaution doesn’t just represent an attractive cleaning package, it also demonstrates that we put the safety of our visiting drivers – and that of our employees – first.
